Responsibilities

• Collaborating effectively with the Account Supervisor/Manager in developing strategies and plans for meeting Client’s needs based on thorough knowledge and analysis of Client’s business coupled with the technical marketing expertise to effect change
• Gaining approval within the agency and Client acceptance of proposals and plans
• Making presentation
• Preparing and delivering clear, concise, well organized, and convincing presentations 
• Handling Client responses to presentation by resolving questions or concerns, overcoming objections, and confirming understanding of key points
• Identifying opportunities to increase presentation skills and being receptive to suggestion from others
• Ensuring Innovative and Effective Advertising
• Ensure that Creative or Research personnel receive assignment that clearly describe the Client’s needs and Agency plan approach, and that they get the information they need to complete their assignment effectively
• Creating an environment in which the Creative Team is motivated to deliver innovative concept and executions
• Evaluating creative fairly, recognizing good advertising and its ability to influence performance

Responsibilities 

• Responsible for all the graphic visuals, designs and concepts. 

• Required to work closely with the sales and operations team to conceptualize ideas and submit proposals in a timely manner. 

• Must play an active role in providing creative ideas

• Must participate actively in the brainstorming sessions and processes

Requirements

• 2 year experience in 3D design in the event, interior design or exhibition industries

• Proven graphic designing experience

• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/ visual ability and originality 

• Proficient in 3D Studio Max, Photoshop CS3, Adobe Illustrator and AutoCAD

• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas

• Excellent time management with a proven ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
